The Downtown Development Authority is our 2023 Parking Sponsor. Parking is available both at the attached University of Michigan Riverfront Conference Center Parking Ramp, and the Rutherford Parking Lot off of Beach St.
The University of Michigan Parking Ramp entrance is located in the front of the building, off Saginaw Street and W. Union Street. After you enter the parking structure, you can take the elevator or stairs to the ground floor. The entry point to the elevator is located on the third and fourth levels of the structure. You will not be able to enter the building through the housing skywalk which is on the third floor, as this is reserved for residence hall students with swipe card access. The conference center is to the left of the main entrance lobby.
